Every guest must read and acknowledge this Safety Waiver & Release of Liability before their tour. When you book online, you will be asked a required question confirming you have read this page — type your full name in that field to sign electronically. Guests who cannot sign will not be able to complete booking or join the tour.

• I am renting/operating a scooter at my own risk.
• I am physically able to operate the scooter safely.
• I will follow all safety instructions and traffic laws.
• I will wear/use safety equipment as provided/required.

• Never operate the scooter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Never use electronic radio transmitters such as walkie-talkies or cell phones while operating.
• Make sure there are no obstacles behind you when reversing.
• Do not ride the scooter in traffic.

• Riders must be 18+ to operate a scooter independently (ages 12–17 may ride with a guardian's supervision).
• 285 lb (129 kg) maximum weight limit per scooter.
• Signed safety waiver required for every rider before the tour begins.
• Reservations only — no walk-ups.
• Tours run Friday through Sunday only.
• Maximum 6 guests per time slot.

When you book your tour on our Book page, you'll be asked a required question confirming you've read Part 1 and Part 2 above. Type your full legal name in that field — this serves as your electronic signature and acknowledgment of this Safety Waiver & Release of Liability. Bookings cannot be completed without this signature, and each rider in your party must sign individually.
